Second customer may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

Customer must agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by company.

PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Company reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any Service without notice at any time. 

Company shall not be liable to Customer or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.  

PRODUCTS

Products are available exclusively online through the website. 

Products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Return Policy.

Company has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. 

Company cannot guarantee that Customer computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. 

Company does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by customer will meet customer’s expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Company reserves the right, to refund or cancel any order, if customer complains about the product originality, copy, non-branded etc. In that case company will replace or refund the order within very short time. 

Company reserves the right, but is not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Company may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.  

Company reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that is offered. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.  

Company reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

Company is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, different color, unavailable or back ordered. 

Company reserves the right to check or open your order items for verification or testing purpose by the product expertise.

Return Policy

If you receive a product from us that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to the Company and we will arrange for a replacement but some conditions applicable. 

Applicable conditions are: 

    1. Order must be checked in front of the delivery person (Inside Dhaka).

    2. If you find any defect and you think you need to return the product, inform the “Customer Service Department” as soon as possible along with a picture and return it instantly. (Inside Dhaka)

    3. If product is damaged it must be informed immediately after receiving and retuned within 3 days from the day the product has been received. (Outside Dhaka)

    4. Product must be intact; however there can be exception (if the product is damaged).

    5. Used or swatches product will not be considered for exchange or refund.

    6. If the customer chooses or places an order by themselves and want to return/change the product (except damaged products) the request will not be accepted.

    7. And in case of return for exceptional circumstances, customer must pay the transportation cost.

    8. Original Invoice must be returned along with the product.

Company Verification:

Once our company receives your returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Product Development and Inspection Department. It will take 1-2 business days to verify the issue and after verification if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged or money will be refunded.

 

Refund Policy

In the event that customer get a harmed or flawed thing, incorrectly item, we will instantly send you a substitution or issue you a full discount after you have restored the harmed or damaged item. You won't be charged any extra transportation expenses for the substitution of such harmed or flawed shipments. 

 

Merchandise exchange 

In the event that our merchant get a harmed, flawed or wrong item, it would be ideal if the merchant return it to the company and the company will mastermind a substitution. At a time few conditions applicable. 

Applicable Conditions are:

If any imperfection is found, advise the "Client care Department" as quickly as time permits alongside an image. 

The "Client care division" upon discussion with the administration will change/supplant the item or alter the installment. The grievance will be legitimate for 3 days from the day the item has been gotten. 

Used/Swatches or fluid item won't be considered for trade or discount. 

The Return Policy won't be substantial after the seal is broken or if the item sometimes falls short for you 

And if there should arise an occurrence of return for outstanding conditions, the client must compensation the transportation cost. 

Original Invoice must be returned alongside the item. 

 

 

 

Return policy to the company 

Our Customer Service will organize get of the item from your location, liberated from the conveyance charge. In the event that you live outside Dhaka, if it's not too much trouble send your item by Sundarban Courier Service/SA Poribahan.   2. Company has sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. 
  3. In the event that Company makes a change to or cancel an order, Company may attempt to notify customer by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 
  4. Company reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in the sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 
  5. Customer agrees to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at the store. 
  6. Customer agrees to promptly update their account and other information, including their email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that comapny can complete the transactions and contact customer as needed.
  7. Each user accounts must be created under one distinctive registered Cell Phone number, and email address of the user. Multiple accounts cannot be created under the same information as mentioned, and in such an event the user cannot avail any offers, deals, discount coupons, or Gift Coupons during campaigns or other occasional sales more than once as is the policy.

DISCOUNTS & ALLOWANCES

  1. Discounts and allowances (coupon code, promo code, occasionally offers or sign-up offer etc.) are reductions to a basic price of products or services. 
  2. The value of the coupon discount or gift card will not be refunded on returns after using for a successful order.
  3. Multiple accounts creation under the same Cell Phone number, or email address cannot avail, as these are of one time “account only” offer (ex. Sign-up allowances), deal or discount coupon or Gift Coupon during campaigns or other occasional sale, more than once as is the policy. 
  4. Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any promotion, offers or discount Customer places with company.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. Company promises to deliver quality and authentic products to their customers. Therefore, company always runs Quality Control Checks after receiving the ordered product from the seller. 
  2. Company reserves all rights to cancel any order of the customer after finding any quality issue from Quality Control Checks of the ordered product, as company aims to give its customers the best online shopping experience. 
  3. Company also reserves all rights to cancel any order if the ordered product is unavailable or if it is out-of-stock. Product unavailability cannot be predetermined or predicted by the company, whether it is caused due to unavoidable inventory management issues, website management issues, vendor stock update issues or any other unpredictable reason. 
  4. Company also has the right to cancel any order if users denied to pay advance in some cases where cash on delivery not available.  

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing E-Commerce in Bangladesh.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Company reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the website. 
  2. It is user’s responsibility to check the website periodically for changes. Users continued use of or access to the website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
